Smiles Across Montana is growing, and we’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our mobile dental team. If you’re passionate about prevention-first care, love working with kids and families, and want to be part of a team making dental accessible across Montana—this is for you!
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Licensed RDH in the state of Montana (or able to obtain)
Willing to travel, has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Able to lift portable equipment weighing up to 50lbs
Confident clinically and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Kind, team-minded, and mission-driven
Excited about public health, outreach, and making a real difference
What You’ll Do:
Provide preventive dental services in mobile, school-based, and community-based settings
Deliver minimally invasive care and patient education
Support a team-based model alongside dentists, assistants, and CHWs
Help create a calm, positive experience for patients who may be nervous or overdue for care
