Who We Serve.

Smiles Across Montana is a nonprofit organization with the goal of eliminating oral health disparities in the state of Montana. We are a team of mobile dental clinics including registered Dental Hygienists and Dentists traveling throughout Montana. We provide for some of our state's most vulnerable populations.

SAM’s mobile capability and rapport with communities has allowed us to serve an ever expanding network of communities and individuals who struggle with limited access to care. There are vast amount of reasons why individuals struggle with access to care ranging from limited providers in their area, limited providers accepting their insurance, parents working during office hours, transportation, logistics of getting to appointments.

SAM brings equitable preventative and diagnostic services to our patients through our mobile and tele-dental equipment. Our mobile clinics visit schools, nursing homes, Head Start classrooms, WIC Clinics, homeless shelters and other other areas. We provide preventive, diagnostic and palliative oral health care as well as education to all of our patients, families and communities.
